At Dropitme, we partner with trusted global suppliers to deliver products directly to your customers. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines our standard processing times, shipping methods, and delivery expectations.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days after the order is placed. For certain product coming from long distance might take up to 15 to 20 business days to deliver.  

  • Processing time may vary depending on the product, availability, and supplier location.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information once the order is dispatched.


Please note: These are estimated times. Delivery delays may occur due to customs, weather, public holidays, or supplier issues.


2. Shipping Methods

  • We use standard international shipping via third-party logistics providers.

  • In most cases, tracking is available and provided once the order is shipped.

  • Premium shipping options may be available depending on the supplier and region.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs vary by product, supplier, and delivery destination.

  • Final shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


4. International Shipping & Customs

  • Dropitme ships globally. However, customs fees, taxes, or import duties may apply depending on your country’s laws.

  • These charges are not included in our prices and are the buyer’s responsibility.


5. Order Tracking

  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

  • Some shipments may not update in real time but rest assured, your order is on the way.

  • If tracking shows no updates after 7 business days, contact us for assistance.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can work with the supplier or carrier.

  • Dropitme is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” but claimed undelivered, unless confirmed lost by the carrier.

  • For packages lost in transit, we will reship or refund as applicable.


7. Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

  • Dropitme is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


8. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to sender due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused package

We can reship it (shipping charges may apply) or offer a refund minus original shipping and handling costs.
