a. For End Customers (Retail Buyers)
If you are a customer of a store that uses Dropitme, please contact the store directly on info@Dropitme.com for cancellations or changes.

Orders can be cancelled before they are processed by the supplier. Once an order has been submitted to the supplier or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of website, refunds are handled with the following conditions:
a. Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products
We offer refunds or replacements for:

Incorrect items (wrong size, color, product)

Manufacturing defects
